Dynamic, Passionate, Fearless, Creative, Pioneer. These words describe Bonnie Deuschle—musician, song-writer, gospel artist, author, international speaker, health and wellness advocate, and co-founder and pastor of Celebration Ministries International. To her close friends, she is a wife, mother of five, a grandmother, a best friend, and someone who loves to make the best and most of each situation! The major question she gets often, “How do you do it all?” Her answer, “It’s not about me.”

Early Beginnings

?Coming from a divorced home, abandoned by her father who later committed suicide, leaving her nation for a foreign mission field, surviving a debilitating lung disease, enduring economic hardships and experiencing cultural misunderstandings, she has overcome many obstacles and has identified with the trials in life many people face. These hardships have helped create the theme around her life, “Don’t give up!”

Today

?Bonnie Deuschle continues to be an inspiration around the world. She has influenced the music industry for over 30 years, and has been featured as one of the Top-10 Most Influential Women as well as a Pioneer of Gospel Music in Zimbabwe. Her music takes the listener to a dynamic worship experience by getting lost in the lyrics and having complete freedom to worship our God!??

She has produced more than 15 albums receiving both national and international recognition, as well as a number of lifetime achievement awards for her contribution to the development of Zimbabwean music. Her latest album, Yahweh is a perfect blend of contemporary Christian music mixed with energetic sounds of Africa’s finest chants and rhythms. Produced in Zimbabwe, this album has topped local charts with the up-beat sought-after song, “Let’s Go!”—written and performed by Bonnie and her youngest son Daniel.??

Bonnie has shared the stage with American Artists like Ron Kenoly, Donnie McClurkin, Lashell Griffin, and Nicole C. Mullen, and has collaborated with Zimbabwe music legend Oliver Mutukudzi.??

After watching her in concert, many have walked away awe-struck to what they experienced and how deeply they connected with God. The most common response is, “Wow! I didn’t know I could worship God like this!”

Her book, The Great Connection (now also in French’ has led thousands all over the world to experience the biblical truths on Praise and Worship and how to unashamedly put into practice what is taught. This out of the ordinary teaching is recognized for it’s immense power to demonstrate a message within a message in combination of music principles engaging the reader to seek God deeper than ever before.

Together with her husband, Bonnie continues to live in Zimbabwe with the mandate of building people, building dreams, and building the Kingdom of God? by transforming lives and reforming nations.
